The Stage Is Yours

The Stage Is Yours

Bring your performance to the Yücel Arts Center stage.

Theatre, dance, concerts, music, performance art or any other live stage production created for an audience... Yücel Arts Center is opening its stage to performing groups in order to support artistic production, without distinction between professional and amateur productions.

Groups whose applications are approved may use Yücel Arts Center free of venue hire charges for one performance and one rehearsal related to that performance, provided that the performance takes place by 31 December 2026.

Independent theatre companies, dance groups, music groups, student societies, performance collectives and other groups presenting live performances to an audience may apply. There is no age limit and both professional and amateur groups are eligible.

What does the free use include?

Under the campaign, groups may use the following spaces and facilities free of venue hire charges:

  • Main hall
  • Foyer areas
  • Dressing rooms
  • The venue’s electricity infrastructure
  • Lighting, sound and climate-control equipment already available in the hall

The venue will be made available for a reasonable period required for the performance. One rehearsal related to the same production may also be held at the venue.

Important note on the scope: The campaign covers the use of the venue and equipment already available at Yücel Arts Center. Additional equipment, specialist technical services, additional personnel or other services that must be externally sourced are not included.
